Feel free to contact us to place an order for tire bags or discuss your options.

Information About Materials:

  • LDPE / LD Polyethylene: a low-density polyethylene (plastic).
  • COEX: a very versatile plastic film made up of several layers of plastic. Each layer brings different properties that are combined by joining them together.
  • MDPE / MD Polyethylene: a medium-density polyethylene (plastic).
  • Regranulate: a type of granulate that is made from recycled plastic waste. At our company, we are able to produce regranulate without compromising on the quality of the films that we manufacture.

Use Tyre Bags as a Practical Advertising Space!

Consider using tire bags as a practical and effective advertising space!

Our company offers two options for customising the appearance of tire bags.

You can choose to have the material fully coloured in any shade you desire or opt for flexographic printing, which allows for even more customisation with the choice of eight high-quality Pantone® colours.

You have the freedom to choose the design or text that best represents your brand.

Our team is here to support you in this process and help you make the most of your tire bag advertising.

Antistatic, UV stabiliser, Anti-block, or Anti-fog?

To supplement film packaging such as tyre bags with valuable properties, we can mix additives into the granulate used to make the film on request.

In our production, we offer the addition of the following additives:

  • Antistatics to prevent the packaging and goods from charging each other electrostatically.
  • UV stabilisers to prevent the packaging and goods from being damaged by strong sunlight.
  • Anti-block additives to prevent the individual films or packaging from blocking each other – or sticking to each other.
  • Anti-fog additives to inhibit the formation of condensation and thus prevent the packaging from fogging.

FAQ

Our current customers who use our tyre bags and bags for the storage and packaging of tyres come primarily from the automotive and agriculture sectors.

However, these products are not limited to just these industries, and we welcome inquiries from anyone interested. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

Yes, we provide coloured tyre bags.

The entire pack can be coloured in a single colour of your choice – we offer a range of 8 high-quality Pantone® colours to choose from. You can also order bags with your desired design, application instructions, or advertising slogans applied with flexographic printing.

There are no limitations on design or font, and we are happy to offer advice and guidance on your options.

We use four materials to manufacture tyre bags:

  • LDPE (low-density polyethene) is a tough and stretchy material that remains flexible even at low temperatures and does not contain plasticisers or slag.
  • COEX is a versatile composite film that combines the properties of different materials, such as blocking and welding properties.
  • Regranulate (recycled thermoplastic material) is a material that we produce in-house, and it has excellent quality and is environmentally friendly.
  • MDPE (medium-density polyethene) has a matte surface, high strength, and a slight rustling effect, and it is softer and more flexible than HDPE.

If you are not sure which material to choose for your tyre bags, don’t hesitate to contact us.

With over 30 years of experience, we can help you determine which materials have proven effective in different applications.

The materials used to make tyre bags are all plastic, so they can be disposed of as regular household waste, either in a yellow bag or a yellow rubbish bin.

Please note that different countries and regions may have specific regulations for the disposal of plastic waste, so it is always a good idea to check with local authorities to ensure proper disposal.
