Our flap bags are produced in widths of approximately 40 to 900 mm and from the following materials: LDPE, COEX, MDPE, Regranulate, PP, CPP, and OPP.
Polyethylene:
The plastics made of polyethylene include LDPE, MDPE, and COEX. LDPE stands for ‘Low-density Polyethylene’. It is the oldest type of polyethylene material and has been an indispensable part of our lives for many years. Due to its low density, LDPE is particularly breathable.
MDPE (Medium-density Polyethylene), is a much denser material than LDPE and is less susceptible to stress cracking. The last type of polyethylene we want to discuss is the so-called COEX. It consists of several film layers so that different material properties complement each other.
Polypropylene:
PP, CPP, and OPP are made of polypropylene – a thermoplastic material created by chain polymerization of propene (a colorless, flammable gas). While polypropylene (PP) is similar to polyethylene (PE) is certain aspects, the former is more heat resistant and somewhat tougher. CPP (Cast Polypropylene) is a cast film, which makes it particularly suitable for packaging food and textiles. Finally, OPP stands for oriented polypropylene.
Regranulate:
Regranulate is a material recycled by Krus from old films. Its quality does not deviate from our brand-new material. Regranulate is a great contribution to both recyclability and sustainability.
Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about the different films and to find out which product is the right one for your project!
Send InquiryWe attach great importance to the fact that our customers can purchase high-quality and affordable products through our company. One of the ways we achieve this is by taking care of all the processes for you, from the manufacturing of the films to storage and shipping! This eliminates the need for middlemen.
All flap bags can be dyed in a color of your choice. It is also possible to apply prints to the bags through flexo printing. If you decide to use the latter service, you can choose from 8 high-quality Pantone® colors. Pantone® is an internationally acclaimed color system and is used extensively in the printing and graphics industry.
In addition to the Pantone® color system, the printing industry also works with the CMYK color system. However, Pantone® colors are much more accurate, so once you have selected the colors that suit you, you can be sure that they will look exactly as ordered on your desired product.
Besides coloring and printing, we offer the flap bags in different designs:
Have you decided on a product, but are unsure how to store the bags you need? Don’t worry! We can take over the entire logistics up to the shipping of the flap bags, so make sure to contact us if you need help!
Your own needs determine the size of the order. We will be happy to advise you if you are not sure what quantity you need. Our minimum purchase weight is between 100 and 300 kg, depending on the product.

Did you know that bags with contents that can suffer from electrostatic charge are usually colored pink? This way, everyone who transports, receives, and unpacks the goods is immediately aware of what kind of products they are.
We will also be happy to advise you on the most common colorings. Contact us and use our experience in the industry for your next order!
It depends on the nature/size of the food to be packed. We produce flap bags with a width of approx. 40 to 900 mm. Polypropylene and LDPE bags are very suitable for edible products. As the bags made of these materials are food safe and odor-proof, your goods will not lose their appearance, aroma, and taste.
