Kruś started in 1989 as a family business, which it has remained to this day. The first owners, thanks to their determination, as well as ingenuity, produced plastic packaging on a machine of their own design in a rented garage. Over the years, the company has grown, investing in increasingly advanced machinery and new production halls, which today occupy a space of more than 4,000 sqm.
Thanks to its permanent development, the company now has a wide range of production capabilities, from bag sealing, to flexographic printing, to the production of high-quality multilayer film.
Constantly expanding its offer and improving its production processes, the company has gained a stable position on the market as a supplier of film and packaging. A team of trained professionals makes every effort to meet the ever-increasing demands, and a modern laboratory and machinery park ensure the highest quality products. As a company, we are specialists in our field with customer satisfaction as our highest goal.
Our additional advantage is that we have our own film recycling line, thanks to which all the waste is returned to production. It is also one of the company’s priorities that all products that leave the warehouse are 100% recycled.

Expansion of the production plant with new storage areas and halls for the production of LDPE film.
Launch of a modern line for the production of multi-layer LDPE film by a global machine manufacturer: Windmöller & Hölscher.
Creation of a professional laboratory for testing products, especially LDPE film. Launch of the quality control department.
Purchase of several new machines for the production of various types of bags, replacement of the re-granulation line with a new one (higher efficiency). Launch of the grant program – purchase and implementation of software, purchase and start of 3 modern sealing automatic machines and 3-layer line for the production of LDPE film.
Expansion of the building in Granowo, Poznańska 74 Street. The production hall, warehouse, offices and social rooms have been located in one place. Purchase and commissioning of the Bielloni five-layer line for film production.
Transformation of the general partnership into a limited partnership. Transfer of the registered office to Granowo, Poznańska 74 Street.
Purchase and launch of the Schiavi flexographic printing house. Transfer of the office and production from Spokojna Street in Luboń to Kotowo Street in Poznań.
Modernization of the machine park. The purchase of 3 new machines for sealing of bags enabled to increase the efficiency and quality of the produced bags.

Purchase of a plot with a hall in Granowo – Poznańska 74 Street
Transformation into a general partnership
After the previous purchase of the hall – its expansion began – a warehouse with an area of 210 square meters was added
The company was transformed into a civil company. Then, the production hall in Granowo (250 square meters) was leased – Kościuszki 41 Street. The warehouse and the majority of machines were moved to Granowo. Additional sealing automatic machines were purchased.
Construction of a workshop on a plot next to the house. The purchase of the first used machine for sealing bags (Taiwanese production), construction of a professional film folder, resigning from houseworkers and employment of a few employees working on automatic machine.
Transfer of business activity to a basement in the own house in Poznań. Thanks to the ingenuity of the owners, the first rewinding and folding machine for foil was constructed from the tools available in these times: metal angles, pipes and electric drill. This enabled to cut a wider film into smaller widths (tailored to orders) and fold a strap (semi-sleeve). Employment of the first homeworkers. Production of the first OPP film bags.
Establishment of the Company by Dorota Kruś and Michał Kruś. Due to the regulations in force at that time, Dorota Kruś became the owner of the company, because she had the adequate technical and chemical education. Initially, LDPE bags were produced on manual welding machines built by their own forces. The first clients were fruit and vegetable stores. The company started its business activity in a rented basement/garage of a detached house in Poznań.
